This Certificate includes the features of the tested Gem/Rudraksha/Jewellery. Expertly tested and analyzed by ABL, the unit of RRS, especially with electronic carat balance with 10x magnifying glass magnification. The Certificate does not state whether the stone, gemstone/ rudraksha is natural or synthetic or has been colored in any way. It also does not indicate whether the stone/Gem has been treated by any process. This Certificate is not a guarantee or evaluation. This Certificate is generally prepared on demand by looking at the appearance of the Gem/Rudraksha/Jewellery. If there is any change, this Certificate will be treated as null and void. ABL or any of its employees is not responsible for any kind of claim by the customer or any person for loss of Gem/Rudraksha/Jewellery or damage caused directly or indirectly by the Certificate. If still a customer makes a claim, then only the trial court of Jaipur Court will be heard. The liability of ABL shall be limited to the amount received as a nominal fee in respect of this Certificate. The customer/Parties acknowledge that our opinion can be reasonably stated regarding the characteristics contained in the Certificate. Therefore this Certificate has been prepared according to our best knowledge of their demand. ABL entity or any member or any of its employees cannot be held responsible for any discrepancy. This Certificate is not for use for any legal purpose.
